Privacy policy
Ryse Industries LLC ("Ryse", "we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where it applies. This policy explains what we process, why, and what you can ask of us.
Who is responsible
Ryse Industries LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Registered office: 30 N Gould St, STE 66126, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. EIN: 37-2242691. Contact: hello@rysellc.com.
What we process
Only what you give us, and the minimum the site needs to run:
- Contact details and message content when you write to us by email — your name, company, role, address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Technical data handled by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request logs, used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
- The enquiry form on this site is not yet connected to a service: what you type into it stays in your browser, is not transmitted and is not stored.
Why, and on what basis
Answering an enquiry and preparing a possible project is carried out to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Carrying out an agreed project is done to perform that contract. Keeping the site available and secure rests on our legitimate interest in operating it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and, where a project follows, for as long as that relationship and the record-keeping obligations attached to it require. Server logs are kept only for the short period needed to investigate faults and abuse.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to operate the site and our correspondence — hosting and email — each bound by their own confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
Transfers outside your country
Ryse is established in the United States, so data you send us is processed there. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it is done under the safeguards those laws provide, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and embeds no third-party trackers. See the cookie policy for the detail.
Your rights
Where data protection law gives you these rights, you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or provide it in a portable form. Write to hello@rysellc.com and we will answer. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new review date.
